Task Planner

Smetter includes a built-in Tasks Planner that allows you to create your own tasks, plan construction activities, and track work related to Projects, payments, and deliveries. Instead of searching through Work Packages and other parts of the system for upcoming actions, all important tasks are brought together in one place.

The planner displays the following types of tasks:

  • manually created tasks;
  • planned purchases and work from the schedule;
  • scheduled payment dates;
  • payment requests;
  • Material Requisitions.

The Tasks Planner is designed for team collaboration. You can assign tasks to yourself or your colleagues and add other team members as Watchers.

Task Planner

The Tasks module is available from the top menu (1).

Tasks can be viewed in two formats: Task Board (2) or List (3). The Task Board shows only current incomplete tasks scheduled for the next 7 days. All other tasks are available in List.

System Tasks

Automatic system tasks related to Work Packages and financial activity cannot be deleted or edited.

They are completed automatically when the corresponding action or request in Smetter reaches its final status, such as Closed, Paid, Delivered, and so on.

Result: The Tasks module helps organize and systematize Project-related activities, reducing the need to track work through scattered messages in WhatsApp, Telegram, and other communication channels, and helping prevent tasks from being forgotten.
