The budget for each Work Package can be monitored in the Cost Performance tab. This tab brings together information about overall progress and actual financial costs for the entire Work Package.

The chart shows the completion percentage for both work and purchasing
The Cost Performance table includes all direct costs associated with the Work Package
Financial statistics for Work Packages, Projects, labor remuneration, purchasing costs, and labor productivity are available in Analytics
  • Use the Cost Performance tab to monitor the execution of the Work Package. The chart shows the completion percentage for both work and purchasing (1);
  • The Cost Performance table includes all direct costs associated with the Work Package, including Unplanned costs (2);
  • Financial statistics for Work Packages, Projects, labor remuneration, purchasing costs, and labor productivity are available in Analytics (3);
  • Changes made in the Cost Performance tab are saved automatically.
The Cost Performance tab becomes available when the Work Package is moved to In Progress.

Result: improved planning and budgeting based on actual project performance, so this information can be taken into account when preparing future estimates.
