Follow-up, Won, and Lost Deals in CRM

When active work on a deal is complete or temporarily paused, you can move it to one of three statuses: “Follow-up”, “Won”, or “Lost”.
Use “Follow-up” when you plan to resume negotiations with the Client later. Mark a deal as “Won” when the active sales stage is complete and work with the Client moves forward. Choose “Lost” if the sale does not go ahead.

Below, we explain how each status works and how to return deals to the pipeline or move them between these sections.
Keep a lost deal on record
Mark the deal as won
Move the deal to Follow-up until the next contact
A deal that is no longer being actively worked can be moved to one of three sections:
Follow-up” (1) — when you want to return to the negotiations later.
“Won” (2) — when the active sales phase is complete and work on the Client’s Project begins.
“Lost” (3) — when the sale does not go ahead.

These sections are available both at the bottom of the pipeline and in the CRM sidebar.

Find the deals you need
The “Follow-up” section contains deals where negotiations are temporarily paused and you plan to reconnect with the Client later.
Use Search to find a specific deal (1) or narrow the list using filters (2).
The “Contact due” column (3) shows the next contact date for each Client. By default, deals are sorted from the earliest date to the latest.
The Client’s contact details are shown directly in the list, so you do not need to open the deal card before following up.
In the “Actions” column (4) you can return the deal to the pipeline or move it to another status.
Schedule the next contact
Set filters
You can filter deals by contact date and Project area (1).
To change the next contact date, click the date in the “Contact due” column and select a new date (2).
The “Contact due” column can also be sorted by date.

Won Deals

The “Won Deals” section contains deals that have moved beyond the active sales phase and into ongoing work on the Project or Work Package.

If a Project has been created for the deal, you can see its current progress (1), the next contact date (2), the next payment date (3) and the amount paid (4).
The “Note” column shows the latest information about the deal (5).
In the “Actions” column (6) you can return the deal to the pipeline, move it to Follow-up, or mark it as Lost.

You can mark a deal as Won before creating a Project. In that case, project-related information will remain empty. You can filter the list by next contact and next payment date, or use search to find a specific deal.

Lost Deals

Change the deal status
View the lost reason
Check the date lost
Find a deal
Filter by date lost
The “Lost Deals” section contains deals that were not won.
Use search to find a specific deal (1) or filter deals by the date lost (2).
Each deal keeps its lost reason (3) and date lost. (4). This information helps you understand the history of the deal later and analyze why sales were lost.
From the “Actions” column (5) you can return a lost deal to the pipeline or move it to another status.

Bulk Actions for CRM Deals

Choose an action for the selected deals
Select deals
To change the status of multiple deals at once, select them using the checkboxes (1). A bulk actions panel will appear at the bottom of the screen (2). The available actions depend on the current section: you can return deals to the pipeline, move them to Follow-up, mark them as Won, or mark them as Lost.

After you move the deals, they disappear from the current list and appear in the selected section.
