The Inventory module keeps track of the equipment and materials used across your company, including their location, description, and condition.

Add warehouses and other locations where your equipment may be stored, such as job sites or repair facilities.
To create a new Inventory Item, click “+”.
Use search to quickly find Inventory Items by name.
Click the three dots next to a warehouse name or the pencil icon on an Inventory Item card to access additional actions.
Open an Inventory Item card and enter all the relevant details.
Add descriptions and photos to document the condition of equipment when handing it over to employees or Subcontractors.
Click photo thumbnails in the Activity log to view them.
To delete an item, first change its status to “Written off”.
The Inventory module is easy to use from the mobile app while you are on site.
For stocktaking, you can quickly create an inventory list by clicking Export.
  • Add warehouses and other locations where your equipment may be stored, such as project sites or repair facilities (1);
  • To create a new Inventory Item, click “+” (2);
  • Drag and drop Inventory Items between warehouses and storage locations. You can also reorder warehouses by dragging them;
  • Use search to quickly find Inventory Items by name (3);
  • Click the three dots next to a warehouse name to access additional actions: “Delete warehouse”, “Rename”, and “Move all items”(4);
  • Click the pencil icon on an Inventory Item card to access item actions, including “Move”, “Copy”, and changing the item status (4);
  • Open an Inventory Item card and enter all the relevant details. Keep the equipment status up to date so your colleagues can plan its use on other projects (5);
  • Add descriptions and photos to document the condition of equipment when handing it over to employees or subcontractors (6). The first photo you add will be used as the cover image. Click the thumbnails in the Activity log to view the photos (7);
  • The Activity log also records who moved Inventory Items or changed their status, along with the time of each action;
  • To delete an item, first change its status to “Written off” (8);
  • The Inventory module is easy to use from the mobile app while you are on site (9);
  • For stocktaking, you can quickly create an inventory list by clicking Export (10).

Result: Keep all your equipment and materials visible in one place, so employees can quickly find the inventory and supplies they need and plan their work.
